Hi Everyone-
I have another problem. As usually I play with my gerbils everyday and I
noticed that one of my females is pregant. The problem is I put her with a
new mate about 3 days ago and they go along great ( no split cage) Now I'm
wondering if he will eat the babies since they are not his. I'm probably
going to put a split cage so they are still together and then put the male
in a couple of days after the female has babies!! Does this sound right??
One more question. How do you tell the difference between silver nutmeg and
polor fox. I notice that the silver nutmegs have a spot of their head. Is
this the only difference??
