I believe a recurring question is what to call males and females and also
what a group of gerbils are.
I found a site today that lists many animal terms for their young, male,
female, and what a group is called.
According to that site, gerbil males are bucks; gerbil females are does; the
young are pups, and a gerbil group is a horde.
