Crystal pretty much has the kids weaned it seems now that they are almost 4 weeks old. she is begging to get out of the cage all the time. I guess this is akin to us moms who really just want a couple fo hours alone with out the kids. I have been taking her out everyday and just letting her run on the bed for a few minutes by herself and she seems much happier. should i be taking this as a hint that she is ready for the kids to fly the coop. I was going to wait until they were 5 weeks old. they are all eating food and a few I have seen at the water bottle. I don't want to move the kids so soon, but it is pitiful to see her climb up on top of the water bottle every time i come into the room and beg to get away. I do understand her feelings though. Felix, the dad, just sits in the cage and lets them climb on him and seems to be teaching the kids how to chew cardboard. Christine
