Hello,
Never mind anout the link, I went out today and bought
the food that fit what the FAQ suggested for fat &
protein -- Nutriphase Hamster and Gerbil Formula. It
was between that and Kaytee and I just decided to get
it.
I also got a Kaytee Forti-Diet Mouse and Rat "pet
block". They are large pellets around the size of your
finger and under an inch in length. Is it ok to feed
it to gerbils or should I return it? The patshop I
bought all of this from had some of the blocks in the
gerbil cage.
Also I got a metal wheel that hangs over the tip of
the aquarium. I'm getting cardboard to wrap it later,
however, it seems a little high. I have it hanging
over an elevated 'den' area and it's five inches above
that. Will the gerbils use it if it's that high or
shold I get another one that just sits on the ground?
