It could be either dust from the carefresh, or she's rubbing
her nose on something in the cage...then rubbing it herself
because it hurts...and that hurts it more.

Try some ripped up plain paper towels for bedding for about
a week, and remove anything (plastic tubes etc) that she
could be rubbing her nose on in the cage.  Put a tiny amount
of neosporin antibiotic ointment on her nose, and see if it
improves in a week.
