Hi, you know your gerbils better than anyone else on the board would know them. Since you do not want to breed, your choices are pretty obvious: put your females with your females and your males with your males. You have previously had difficulty with one set fighting. I would not attempt to pair the more aggressive of those two with the one she was previously paired with. I would split cage the ones that are the closest in AGE and SOFTEST IN TEMPERMENT I do not think I would attempt to pair ones that have previously shown serious agression unless it was with a neutered male. Why have they been singled for so long? I am disturbed by your darkened, highlighted note that this was a second request and that we were rude in failing to respond. You should accept that we have other lives outside the board, and that perhaps we have limited amounts of free time in which to respond to posted notes. "Rudeness" implies an intentional act, and I doubt if anyone intended to ignore you. I had, and if you read my post, still have nothing to add to your question. My response is merely common sense, what I believe you already would know having owned these gerbils for a number of years. Namaste.
