Is this a flea spray for gerbils? I would be very wary of the liberal use
of a cat/dog product like that on a gerbil- it could be far too
concentrated for them to tolerate.

I haven't written to the list in a long time or maybe never. I have 2 boys,
sugar and cinnamon and the yesterday I noticed they had fleas. I had my
cats
done (frontline) and did the house and then I did the gerbils, outside in
the
warm weather with a flea spray (these are tricky since they say hold the
spray 8-10 inches away and don't spray the face.. yeah right!) I kept them
outside for a bit then brought them in and they jumped with chills for like
2
hours! I was afraid to leave them out cuz it was so warm, but the chills
seemed to really make them sad. they didn't move and just sat there kinda
jumping a bit every few seconds. Today.. I noticed a flea in the cage and
on
sugar so I did it again. this time I left them out, in the shade and they
are
not shivering. still very bummed tho. it says repeat as needed. I hope this
ok. just curious about your experience, if any, with fleas. I have no idea
who brought them in. the cats are all indoor cats.(oh.. I did toss EVERY
thing in the cage except I just washed the water bottle. what a pain)
