Hi all, I was wondering what kind of support you can usually expect from a breeder? I got Cairo and Zerwin a couple of weeks ago and have requested their parents and date of birth from their breeders about.. 3-4 times. The first few times they said they would get it to me soon but the last few times they've just ignored me. I haven't just sent an email to ask -- I give them an update of Cairo and Zerwin and then ask about their parents and DOB. Am I being unreasonable? Should I just forget about asking? I know gerbil breeders make little or no profit but it wold be nice to get some sign of life after the completed "transaction." I may also mention I got Cairo and Zerwin completely free.. shipping, everything was paid for. Since they were free, should I expect no help afterwards?
