Hi, I guess it should be clearified what I meant by "lost pup" what I meant was that 1 of Pandora and Blades pups "died" on Saturday and not just "lost" :o( It was their 2nd litter and all the pups seemed very healthy so it was sad when we found the 1 she pulled out to the front of their 50 gallon aquarium for us to remove for them :o( An update on the pup that "lost" it's right front "paw" or "hand" I'd guess is more like what they use it for, right? .... anyway, he is still doing just fine :o) They don't have their eyes open yet but he is moving around without any apparent problems, and is getting plenty of attention and milk from Mama :o) so we are hoping that it's not a large disability for him. Naturally, Shelley has over-reacted and is now sure that no one will want to adopt the little guy and is thinking on who she is going to pair him up with and keep him for ever :o) which is okay but I think he'd still be just as fun of a guy as any other gerbil :o) right? ....... we'll keep you all up on his progress ..........
