I had been planning on putting them together on monday to see how they did (this was about a week and a half ago now). well, one of the girls got over the divider herself. they were together half the day before anyone told me. They were sleeping together and as I watched them they were grooming each other and getting along quite nicely. I went ahead and took the divider out, left nothing but the food dish and the water bottle in the cage and kept an eye on them for the rest of the day. they were just fine. I wish all intorductions could go as well. a week later they are still doing just fine and are getting along great. no fights, no chasing. Isn't it nice to see an intro work so well. I have been SOOOO lucky with my gerbs. just wanted everyone to know they were doing okay.
