Just a little Clan update. :)
Trinity's six pups are doing very well! There is of course one runt
in the litter - isn't there always?
I know one for sure is a black - starting to get the black belly as
well. The others are all some sort of agouti, as they still have
"white" bellies (no pigment). 3 I'm thinking are most likely going to
be Golden Agouti - they started out with the almost black pigment,
and now that the fuzz is coming in, the 3 of them have this hint of
brown starting on their heads. The last two I'm not sure about. It
could be, since they are both compared to the siblings slightly
smaller, that they just haven't developed at the same pace, and will
get the dark brown highlights to their fuzz in a few more days. They
both have a middle grey fuzz on them, compared to the 3 golden
agoutis, but then, I could just be overly hopeful. :)
Quark and Evon had their first tryst last night! I called my hubby
from work, and he informed me they had been getting it on for the
past two hours. *snickers* The two are complete sweethearts to each
other - what I find funny is Quark seems to be teaching Evon how to
build nests, as I always see him gathering the shredded toilet tissue
and cardboard to pile up on their nest. Evon seems more interested in
just chilling out and playing.At least she's not as picky a eater at
Quark is! :P
