Kitten Milk Replacer.  We have a brand name "KMR" and
another "Little Tiger" ... the most commonly available is the KMR
in either powdered form or ready to use cans.

The formulation of kitten milk replacer is much closer to
gerbil milk than puppy milk replacer OR cow's milk.
