Hi Heather,
It starts with a "T" tetracycline is the drug, but the
name of the medicine you by is in the bird section of
the pet store and is Ornycycline.

Also, how old are the pups?  Faint clicking at about
10 days I've found not to be a problem.  If they click
at 3 weeks and start to look sick, big problem.

Finally, in general I would recommend against a major
change in environment when the pups are very young
(under 3 weeks) such as switching tanks.  This can
stress out the parents and distract them for several
hours so that the pups are not nursed.
