I would consider the male pair to be a bonded clan, and
you would have problems trying to introduce her to them.
If you tried a single introduction, then you would end up
with an odd gerbil no matter how you rearrange things.

You need to get one more gerbil, or give one of your females
to someone that has another single gerbil of about the same
size that is willing to take her and try an introduction.

It could be that your loner might get along better with
one of the other females you have, you'd have to try
split cage intros to find out. In which case you could
get a companion for the odd one of that group or give
the odd one away.

Even though the females are living split cage in that pair,
you still have to consider them to be clanned, and again,
it might not work at all trying to make a trio of them, as
you already have problems between the first two.
