It could be an ovarian cyst- these are fairly common in older females. Do whatever you can to keep her comfortable, make sure she continues to eat or drink. Don't separate her from her cagemate as this will only add more stress. If you have a gerbil vet you could take her to, that would be best- you could get a definitive diagnosis and make sure she is not in any pain.

I took her out of her cage ad she stil seems weak. I took her water bottle and gave it to her while she was in my hand, she drank some/a lot.
