Hi Dani, you were very fortunate to catch this in
time.  How old is the injured female?  Once females
hit maturity having more than one in a breeding clan
is a very volitile situation.

I would keep the female alone until she heals,
treating her by putting neosporin on the wounds.

After she is completely healed you can split cage
introduce her to a same-sized female or can pair her
with a male.

Since the pup she stole is only 4-5 days old and
pre-fuzz the mother should accept him back.  Follow
the steps for fostering.  That is remove mom and dad,
put the pup on the bottom of the pup pile, after 10
minutes return dad to the tank.  If all goes well
return mom to the tank. Keep a careful eye on them
until you see she has discovered and is grooming and
nursing the pup.
