Hi everyone! I have recently joined this list because I have recently bought two female gerbils-and before a few weeks ago I did not even know what a gerbil was never mind how to look after one! However, we seem to be getting on with me quite well and they seem to be happy. I was just wandering how you are supposed to 'bath' gerbils, I have read in places that you have to put them in a 'sand bath,' how does this happen and how often is it nessecery? Please reply!
