My daughter is smitten with the black spotted boy and I'm letting her keep him. She was pretty shocked and traumatized this summer when a new adult I'd just gotten to breed bit her badly. She's shown little interest (to downright gerbil-avoidance) since. So it is great to see her cuddling and crooning to this little guy ("Dude").
