Hi!

Ivory Cream can be Cc[b] or Cc[h]. This will tend to lighten them.
Breeding Dove aappCc[h] to Ivory Cream ggppCc[h] would give you some
gerbils that were ppc[h]c[h]. If there were no other recessives involved
you would get 1/4 Argente Golden, 1/2 Argente Cream and 1/4 PEW. If the
Cream is carrying a then half Argente Goldens will be Lilac and half the
Argente Creams will be Doves.

You really need more than three pups to tell what is really going on,
but what you see is not impossible.
