It is very bad, even bad for humans. Cedar, like all aromatic woods contains oils which give it the pleasant smell. These oils can be irritant, and need to be metabolised by the body when inhaled. Red Cedar is know to cause all sorts of problems with the people who work with it in saw mills etc. In rats, other rodents and rabbits, the metabolising of the aromatic oils is known to cause liver disease. -- Julian [EMAIL PROTECTED] National Gerbil Society http://www.gerbils.co.uk/
