Summary: Step-repeat gets cut

Initial Comment:
Using example/dan/top_sr.gbx, it seems that the bounding box or something
doesn't get calculated correct. Load that file and zoom in, you'll notice that
more and more of the lower part of each of the 6 figures gets cut away until it
completely disappears. It is independent of which drawing engine is used.
Tested on a freshly downloaded and compiled 2.3.0 and by using run_gerbv script.

Message:
I'm just teasing about the responsibility Stefan. :)

I think I found another type causing another display bug. Sorry, but I
didn't notice this other one when I checked the fix. Hopefully it should
all work now.

Cheers,
Julian--

Hi Julian!
I am not out to get anyone for this. I am happy for your quick fixes.
This time it seems not to work 100% though. If you zoom in and pan around
a little you'll notice it. Same file.
Thanks,
/Stefan

Message:
Good catch Stefan. It was a simple mistake in the draw code...I take FULL
responsibility!
