Summary: Toolbar problem

Initial Comment:
When one un-dock toolbar (move it by mouse) toolbar disappears and it is not
possible to show it again. Additionally it would be fine to be able to dock
toolbar on side (not on top) of window - but I have not idea if library allowes
it.

Message:
Marek,
Are you using the Windows version? I can't seem to reproduce in
Linux...when I drag the toolbar it detaches and correctly forms its own
window.
If it is a bug only on Windows, this may be beyond our control, since
it's part of the GTK+ package. We could disable the "docking" feature on
the Windows version though. Let me know your thoughts.

Cheers,
Julian
