The only drawback is that there's no longer a "Code" menu entry now.
But it's at least better than having it point to a stale repository
(IMO).

Perhaps use a cron job to clone the sf git repo from the geda one?

Other than that, the only way I can see is to add a pointer to the Git
instructions into the project description blurb.  All those other menu
entries there are automatic, without an option to put additional
per-project notes somewhere.
