Hi,

Today I received a very polite e-mail from the copyright holders (Ucamco)
of the "Gerber Format Guide" document asking me to remove the document
and link from gerbv webpage. Given that

        1) we do not have any rights to distribute this document and
        2) the instructions on the webpage were "If the copyright
holders object to this manual being made public, please contact
us immediately and we will remove the link."

I have removed the document from the gerbv webpage and I have purged it
from the gerbvhtdocs git repository completely. I have also removed
the "Excellon CNC-6 system reference guide" from the webpage and git
repository at this time since we don't have the rights to distribute
that document either.

Apparently an updated, proper digital version, and freely downloadable
copy of the "Gerber Format Guide" is available on the Ucamco website.

People who have write access to the gerbvhtdocs git repository and wish
to commit changes to the gerbv website will need to either rebase their
branch (as I have rewritten git history) or delete their local copy and
clone the repository again.
