Probably true. I've used both a lot now, so I don't find LP unintuitive
myself (nor SF really), it is just little things about SourceForge which
adds up to me feeling stressed after I've had to use it for a while.

There is nothing so damning or concrete I can put my finger on it and
lay blame. Some things which irritate me are the sort order of bug
follow-ups, and its habit of logging you off too often - then forgetting
where you were after you try to login.

I often found myself bumping heads with SF over attachments to bugs too
- having to download a patch file and find it on my HDD before I could
view it? Seems to work in the browser for LP. Similarly, clicking on a
schematic / PCB attachment, it opens right up in gschem or PCB.

No problem.. I don't want to make a hard-sell for LP, keep an eye on
whether it proves to be a positive experience for gEDA / PCB, and make
an informed decision based upon our experiences.

Probably an element of that involved. There is probably an element of
novelty due to the move which has prompted Peter B to go through doing
triage and start killing off bugs. (still - valuable whatever the
reason!).

A possible downside of LP is its bug search isn't brilliant. Any
non-trivial search is hidden behind a "Advanced search" page sadly. Not
that it has caused me much grief yet.

Solid features.. take a look at this kind of thing:

Targeting bugs to a milestone seems nicer: (IIRC SF can do this too)
https://launchpad.net/pcb/+milestone/next-bug-release
https://launchpad.net/pcb/+milestone/future-feature-release

I'm thin on the ground of compelling reasons actually. Perhaps the one
thing which makes me smile - is that I can usually type a launchpad URL
from memory and find what I'm looking for (perhaps minus a bug number).

This is clearly not the case with SF URLS.
