Pannir,
It looks like the width of the lines in your file is less than the DPI of the GTK printer, and GTK refuses to print anything smaller than the DPI. I admit the printing in gerbv is not perfect...we really need a dialog to be able to change print settings to account for all these issues. For now, your best bet is to export the file to an image (PNG), and then print that in some other program. You'll probably want to change the background color to white in the Edit menu.
