Summary: Mask Layers not aligned

Initial Comment:
When a view two layers from my board (e.g. top layer artwork and top layer 
mask) They do not align...when viewd in other gerber viewers they do.
Maybe Im doing something wrong?

Hello,
   Thanks for reporting this...it took me a good while to track down the
cause.  It was due to the "IJ" (image justify) command, which adjusts the
offset of the image (and not normally used). The bounding box calculations
were slightly off on one file, causing the problem.  The issue is now fixed
in git if you want to try it.
