Often the orientation of the board being tested does not match the orientation choosen at board design time. The gui allows to rotate and mirror individual layers, but rotating all layers of a multilayer boards is quite tedious. The attached patche add command line options to specify the initial rotation and mirroring for all layers at once. They also work if a project is loaded.
