Phlip,
     One of your layers ("file" in libgerbv parlance) has the stuff you 
don't want, so you need to disable it from your project like i mentioned 
earlier.  If you open up all the files with gerbv GUI, you should be 
able to isolate the one you don't want and then use that info in your 
script to toggle the isVisible flag.
