My first request - I hope this is the correct procedure...
I generate gerber files (using Altium or Cadence software), and find it
useful to quickly preview that a gerber file was successfully created. It's
cumbersome to go into gerbv, navigate through the file structure, and pick a
file to open.
However, I find that when I try to associate gerbv with a file type, it
doesn't work. It just disappears before creating the association. Also,
gerbv doesn't pick up the "recently used" files from Window's Recent Places
or retain filenames or directories from previous sessions.
Can I submit these as future enhancements?
