Hello, again! I have some additional information and a much more reduced testcase to this issue. I am working on Linux.
This is a square box (flashed) with two lines (drawn) right of it: G04 This is an RS-274x file exported by * G04 gerbv version 2.6.1-git * G04 More information is available about gerbv at * G04 http://gerbv.geda-project.org/ * G04 --End of header info--* %MOIN*% %FSLAX34Y34*% %IPPOS*% %IN "MiniMix2.pcb"*% G04 --Define apertures--* %ADD10C,0.0004*% %ADD11R,0.0049X0.0049*% G04 --Start main section--* G54D10* G01X0002309Y0003467D02* G01X0002309Y0003581D01* G01X0002326Y0003467D02* G01X0002326Y0003581D01* G54D11* G01X0002234Y0003529D03* M02* It seems like the lines (D10) don't get output to PDF nor PS. Only the box (D11) is there. Writing to PNG and SVG as well as Gerber works. All three elements are written. The fun is that I thought I am clever and use SVG to workaround that issue, but when I load the SVG to Inkscape and then export it from there to PDF or PS, exactly the same happens. The lines are killed at well. Is there a size / diameter limit which kills these elements in the PDF or PS output? My EDA tool (Mentor PADS 9.5) uses these small structures to rasterize some odd shaped pads. %ADD10C,0.0004*% <--- yes, 0.0004 is small but it's there.
