Hi! Thanks for pointing this out. I did not even know there was a new standard. I also noted that some old constructs was obsoleted.
For support I assume it is a matter for anyone to write it. By a very quick look it seems that there is not much information in the new attributes Gerbv can actually use, maybe layer name would be interesting. Of course Gerbv shouldn't choke on this new commands, probably it does today.
