pay attention that packages:
- mingw-w64-i686-gettext
- mingw-w64-x86_64-gettext
are installed as dependencies by:
- mingw-w64-i686-glib2
- mingw-w64-i686-gtk2
- mingw-w64-x86_64-glib2
- mingw-w64-x86_64-gtk2

while the optional package (for Gerbv):
- gettext-devel
is needed only if you need to develop something specific,
for example a localization of GIMP

I'm not sure it is useful copy to 'msys64/mingw32/bin' directory on Windows.
I had to check what other is copyied more than my 18 MB package.
Maybe the localization plus?
