any new person joining the group (to contribute) get a head start on the
design and implementation. This way they will be more productive and

think it's not useful if one uses the format of Rational Rose and an other
uses an
incompatible format...

Anything viewable on the web is good. Say PNG, GIF, JPG etc. :)
