Jason, I see you've added navigation to sub-modules in the website navigation.xml. Just in case you weren't aware there is a maven "multiproject" plugin that will do this for you (with the odd caveat :-) - goes through sub-projects of a project and does a site:generate in each and ties the overall site together at the end.
