This was already in the global cvsignore.

Having not found any files under /home/cvs named build.log,v, I have added
this.
I lost track, did the Avalon developers say they no longer needed to
version maven.log? If not, get them to "cvs rm" it (so it goes into the
Attic), and once there, I'll add it to the global cvsignore.
Wash, rinse, repeat for .project,v and .classpath,v.
