Because to be at incubator.apache.org we're meant to check the whole website into CVS. I tried for several hours to do that via my IDE and it failed miserably. If anyone has a script to recursively check in (huge amounts) of files in deeply nested directories, I'd appreciate it. Until then I'm not able to publish the website directly to the incubator.apache.org.
