MEJBs are used to manage EJB object *instances* on the server. We'll have an MEJB component in the distribution, and when we build the "application view", we'll absolutely use the MEJB component interfaces. Users will be able to drill down and find living instances of EJB objects and manage them through their MBean interfaces.
For the time being though, what we're working on is presenting the contents of the MBeanServer to help out the developers. -- N. Alex Rupp ([EMAIL PROTECTED])
