Description:
Split the Geronimo EJB DD schema into J2EE and EJB components so we can take
advantage of common components in the other Geronimo DDs, just like the J2EE DD
schema.
Added POJOs for the Geronimo DD XML tags.
Added a DOM-based loader for those POJOs.
