Is there anywhere there is a diagram/description of the directory structure of the project exists? I'd create one, but (a) there's a bunch of refactoring going on right now, and (2) I really don't have enough of a clue as to what's where to create one. I think it'd be helpful just to see which things are where, and also to describe what capabilities have been written. For instance, I didn't even know there was a JMXUtil class until watching the cvs Logs tonight.
