The only change to the revised patch was licenses and CVS date tags, so I think
you're good to go. However, I don't have the mojo to close the issue, so
please feel free to go ahead and close it yourself.

Adding POJOs for web applications.
As part of this patch, the file
org.apache.geronimo.deployment.model.ejb.SecurityRole.java should be removed
(it is added to the j2ee package in the ZIP file below).
There is currently a patch file to support moving that class, and a ZIP file
with the web POJOs and the new location for SecurityRole.java
