It seems to work only if I use "maven run:main". Also, like Matt said, I 
can only get Twiddle to work if I add the reference to 
geronimo-kernel-dev.jar to the classworlds.conf.

I'm having the same problem Matt Kurjanowicz had earlier this week.  I
cannot find anything about this in the Wiki or in the building/running
documentation.  I've downloaded the latest copy of Maven as well.
