Cleaned up the latest jnb patch in preparation to commit it. Base and Geronimo
indexed properties have all 4 methods, and overridden setters have asserts.
Some minimal documentation additions.
The current patch file is now "dd-pojos.patch" and it is against a clean CVS
tree. Note that the class o.a.g.deployment.model.geronimo.ejb.Ejb needs to be
manually removed as part of applying this patch.

Description:
Change the o.a.g.deployment.model.geronimo.ejb objects to extend the
o.a.g.deployment.model.ejb objects. The loader is (still) broken, but the
patch includes a change so it compiles.
