Only JIRA administrators can now delete issues - so Geronimo developers can't
do this any more

Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: GERONIMO-70
Summary: [Jira] Should not be possible to delete bugs
Type: Improvement
Status: Closed
Priority: Major
Resolution: FIXED
Time Spent: Unknown
Remaining: Unknown
Project: Apache Geronimo
Assignee: james strachan
Reporter: Alex Blewitt
Created: Thu, 4 Sep 2003 6:23 AM
Updated: Mon, 29 Sep 2003 8:32 AM
Description:
Somehow, Geronimo-49 was deleted from the bug tracking system. I don't believe
that it should be possible to delete bugs (whether by accident or design) -- it
is important to keep the details of the bug, and any notes added (such as why
it was closed WONTFIX/INVALID or whatever).
Can the delete-a-bug feature be disabled from JIRA?
