maybe becouse Brazil isn't just carnaval and indians. Actually we have a lot of beautiful beaches and pretty girls : ) just kidding, but brazil really has a big java developer community spread by all the country, and the Java interest grows day by day. We have two nation wide Java publications, both of good quality, and lots of GUJ's popping everywhere.
