All zip and tar.gz files have the LICENSE.txt as per ASF requirements. All files contain "incubator-geronimo" as per the incubator release requirements. The STATUS file is also in everything, though I don't know if it was required.

I hate to be the naysayer here, but where's the document describing how to use these binaries? The README.txt file only discusses the use of Maven for building from CVS. There is no document describing how to start it and what to expect from it. Of course, there may be a good reason there's no doc. If this is the case shouldn't the README explain that?
