vty: fix broken vty console
The VTY console hangs in OpenBSC MGCP(config-mgcp-trunk)# and there
is no way to exit from that.
Assign proper node numbers to MGCP_NODE and TRUNK_NODE in order
to prevent the VTY-Parser from getting lost.
