trxcon: use 'osmo_trxcon_' prefix for public libtrxcon API

Also take a chance to shorten some symbols with long names:

* struct phyif_burst_req -> osmo_trxcon_phyif_br,
* struct phyif_burst_ind -> osmo_trxcon_phyif_bi,
* phyif_handle_burst_ind() -> osmo_trxcon_phyif_handle_bi(),
* phyif_handle_burst_req() -> osmo_trxcon_phyif_handle_br(),
* trx_if_handle_phyif_burst_req() -> trx_if_handle_phyif_br().
