traditionally, a lot of osmo-* programs use "-s" aka "--disable-color" for this
command line argument, see
osmo-{bts,bsc,gbproxy,hlr,hnbgw,hnodeb,mgw,msc,pcap,sgsn,uecups}.
I understand that "-s" is already occupied at least in bankd, but then let's at
least keep the long-option in-line with other osmocom programs.
