cosmetic: rename g_upf->gtp to tunend, ->nft to tunmap

Upcoming patch I8eae5b53c563400ddfded264678d9cfb28b6f737 will introduce
a g_upf->gtp sub struct for more generally GTP related things (local
TEID assignment).
